Today, the first graders had a wonderful outdoor art class🌿
But it wasn’t just about “looking at leaves to draw”; the children listened to the stories behind each leaf:
✨ There’s a leaf bent by the wind,
✨ There’s a leaf torn by a little caterpillar,
✨ There’s a leaf changing colour as it prepares for the new season.
Each pupil chose a leaf that “carried its own story” and sat under the shade of a tree to sketch according to their feelings🌿
DNC School always believes that when children learn to observe with their hearts, art becomes a bridge that helps them:
🌱 nurture delicacy,
🌱 appreciate the beauty around them,
🌱 and create in their own unique childhood way.
A simple lesson, but it opens up a whole world of emotions and imagination in the hearts of the children💛🎨
